Is the Resurrection of Jesus
that Important?

When you consider the Resurrection of Christ
the foundation of the the Christian faith,
then it truly is important.

" And if Christ be not risen, then is our
preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.

Yea, and we are found false witnesses of
God; because we have testified of God that
he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up,
if so be that the dead rise not.

For if the dead rise not, then is not
Christ raised:

And if Christ be not raised, your faith
is vain; ye are yet in your sins.

Then they also which are fallen asleep
in Christ are perished.

If in this life only we have hope in
Christ, we are of all men most miserable."

I Corinthians 15:14-19

If Christ is not bodily risen from the
dead, then you might as well drop
your church membership.  It is no good.

All the apostles were liars.  All these
men were false teachers if Jesus is still
in the grave.  Men do not die for a lie,
but they will for something
they believe in.

You are lost and doomed if Christ did
not die.  All our sins are still our sins.

The Resurrection  shows us the following:

*The power of the true God.
*Demonstrates the teachings
      of Jesus is true.
*Secures our justification.
*Our own resurrection
     depends on it.
*Demonstrates that Jesus will
be judge of all the wicked.
*The power of the Christian
life in the present is the
      power of the Resurrection.
*Jesus Christ is God.

All other religious founders are dead,
including Abraham, Confucius, and
Mohammad. I praise God I serve a risen
Savior. One that is at the right hand
of the Father and is coming back one day.

God bless,

CALLED TO BE A DISCIPLE
--  MARK 3:7-19

7 But Jesus withdrew himself with his
disciples to the sea: and a great
multitude from Galilee followed him, and
from Judæa,   8 And from Jerusalem, and
from Idumæa, and from beyond Jordan; and
they about Tyre and Sidon, a great
multitude, when they had heard what
great things he did, came unto him.   9
And he spake to his disciples, that a
small ship should wait on him because of
the multitude, lest they should throng
him.   10 For he had healed many;
insomuch that they pressed upon him for
to touch him, as many as had plagues.
11 And unclean spirits, when they saw
him, fell down before him, and cried,
saying, Thou art the Son of God.   12
And he straitly charged them that they
should not make him known.

13 And he goeth up into a mountain, and
calleth unto him whom he would: and they
came unto him.   14 And he ordained
twelve, that they should be with him,
and that he might send them forth to
preach,   15 And to have power to heal
sicknesses, and to cast out devils:   16
And Simon he surnamed Peter;   17 And
James the son of Zebedee, and John the
brother of James; and he surnamed them
Boanerges, which is, The sons of
thunder:   18 And Andrew, and Philip,
and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and
Thomas, and James the son of Alphæus,
and Thaddæus, and Simon the Canaanite,
19 And Judas Iscariot, which also
betrayed him: and they went into a
house.

In a book entitled Cost of Discipleship,
Dietrich Bonhoeffer speaks of “cheap
grace.”  Basically, he is saying that
today’s church is guilty of offering
cheap grace because it calls for little,
if any, serious commitment and change of
life.  He wrote, “We have cheapened
grace and cheap grace is the deadly
enemy of the church.”

Unlike Jesus, people (and churches)
today are impressed with quantity
(numbers) and enthusiasm more so than
with genuine quality.  Martin Luther
once said, “A religion that gives
nothing, costs nothing, and suffers
nothing, is worth nothing!”

Many people were following Jesus, but
not for the right reasons.  Some may
have just been curious and others were
seeking to accuse or find fault with
Him.  Even though many followed Jesus,
it is obvious that Jesus was not
interested in popularity.  Rather, Jesus
is calling for genuine commitment.

Verses 13 and 14 show us that Jesus
first calls believers to spend time with
Him.  To be a true disciple, we must
have an intimate relationship with
Jesus.  The truth is that most of us
know more “about” Jesus than we “know”
Jesus.

I read about an area of Africa where
Christianity has spread quite rapidly.
New believers zealous about their faith
would find their own spot within the
wild thickets where they would have
daily devotions and pour out their heart
to God.  After some time, the spots
became well worn and paths were created
which made it obvious to the public.  If
someone began to neglect their
devotional life, it would soon be
noticed by others.  Other believers
would then gently and lovingly remind
those in neglect, “The grass grows on
your path.”

There are possibly three responses to
the Lord’s call to spend time with Him.
In verse 5, we could say that some have
stubborn hearts.  In verse 10, we might
say that some have selfish hearts.  And,
in verse 13, we see that some have
surrendered hearts.  That’s what Jesus
is looking for:  people who will spend
time with Him.

Another thing is that Jesus calls
believers to be involved in the ministry
of sharing the gospel.  In verse 14, the
Bible says Jesus sent them out “to
preach.”  That simply means “to announce
or proclaim” a message.  A king’s herald
did not have to come up with a message;
he simply announced the king’s message.
We have been called to announce, preach,
proclaim the Gospel message.  Jesus once
said that we are to light in this world.
By who we are (character), what we do
(actions) and what we say we do
“preach.”

Someone once made the point that to be
effective, a flashlight doesn’t have to
be big; it just has to be “on”.
Believers have been called to ministry,
to preach, to be on!

Lastly, verse 15 reminds us that Christ
calls us to allow His authority to work
through us to overcome the forces of
evil in our world.  After all, we have
the authority of God’s Word to confront
evil and to offer help and hope.
Obviously, we must never confront evil
arrogantly for none of the power or
authority comes from us but Jesus.

One of the first objections some have to
being a committed disciple is, “I can’t
do that,” or “I don’t have what it
takes,” or “I’m inadequate.”  Remember,
Jesus doesn’t call the qualified; he
qualifies the called.  Just look at the
original twelve disciples (named in
verses 16-19).  James and John,
brothers, needed anger management.
Peter was  impulsive.  The rest were no
better.  But Jesus doesn’t call the
qualified; He qualifies the called!
(Check it out in First Corinthians
1:26-31.)

Do you need to spend more intimate time
with the Lord?  Should your life be more
involved in ministry sharing Christ?  Do
you need to stop depending upon who you
are and what you
abilities/qualifications are and depend
upon who He is and what He is able to do
through a life submitted to Him?

The mounds of snow that seemed to have
taken over the hill are now slowly but
steadily diminishing.  The other morning
at breakfast, I heard a resident that
had arrived during one of our biggest
storms back in January, comment that he
was seeing the ground for the first time
since he has been here.  The main road
up to the hill again accommodates for
two-way traffic.  The sap buckets
adorning the trees are quickly filling.
The birds are now chirping.  Spring is
here!!

The imagery of the change of
season--from the cold, barren winter to
the glimmers of the first signs of new
life that come with spring--parallels
the profound meaning and significance of
the upcoming celebration of Easter.  It
is crucial for all of us, as believers,
to try to grasp to the best our human
ability can allow, the great importance
of Jesus' death on the cross and
resurrection.  However, for the majority
of the residents in our program,
understanding and accepting this
selfless act is perhaps the most vital
part in the quest for healing.  For
individuals trying to break apart from a
past of addictions and destruction,
trying to embrace a new identity that is
contradictory to the lies that were
believed for so long, this new life and
identity offered through Christ's
sacrifice is foreign.   Albeit a
struggle at times to accept this deep,
profound love of Christ, as we near this
Easter celebration, we give praise for
His work and His divine love that has
led to the transformation of so many
lives on this hill.

We were privileged to host our first
work group of the year as we welcomed
Wheaton College here for the week of
their Spring break.  It was a blessing
to each of us that these 14 individuals
would choose to spend their time off
from classes volunteering and working
alongside our family here in New
Hampshire.  God's faithfulness is
evident as He worked in mighty ways in
the lives of each student that came here
as part of this service trip.  I want to
share with you the personal words of two
individuals from this group.

Dave, a junior at Wheaton majoring in
Christian Education, sent us the below
recount of his week spent here:

My experience at His Mansion was a
memorable one to say the least.  Upon
departure from Wheaton, most of us
(including myself) were coming to New
Hampshire with mixed expectations. We
really didn't know what to expect from
the community at His Mansion.  Upon
arrival, we soon realized that this
community was truly like no other.
First, we were able to experience the
Sunday morning service at The Meeting
Place, which proved to be an incredibly
fruitful time.  This time of
Gospel-centered worship and fellowship
was not the last time our group from
Wheaton was able to participate in the
community of believers at His Mansion.
I was continually blown away and
ministered to greatly at meal times,
Prayer and Share, and especially at
"Brother's night," when the men gathered
for a time of worship. Personally, it
was both here and in "Sociogram" that I
witnessed the profound truth of the
Gospel and the work of Christ at the
utmost center of the ministry of His
Mansion.  I saw men exhorting their
brothers with Scripture.  I saw
individuals who have been radically
transformed by the Gospel, with eager
hearts to tell the world about it.
Throughout my week at His Mansion, I was
blessed immensely by the
Christ-centeredness and
Gospel-rootedness that I witnessed, as
well as the great amount of authenticity
and humility in the residents and staff.
Most of all, I enjoyed being able to
fellowship with believers who have been
changed by the same Gospel, are filled
with the same Spirit, and are a part of
the same Church, as I am.

Another Wheaton student, Michelle,
reflected on her experience within this
community as follows:

If I were to sum up my experience at His
Mansion, it would be that it brought me
back to the truth of the Gospel. When I
looked into the beautiful eyes of the
residents, mentors, and staff, I saw
brokenness...I saw myself. But there was
also something in those eyes that was
impossible to miss, and that was the
power of God's trans formative work in
their lives. There is no greater sight
than to see the beauty of broken, sinful
people walking in the victory of Christ
as they wrestle with the implications of
what God's forgiveness and grace mean
for how they relate to God, themselves,
others, and the world He has given us to
inhabit. I pray that I also would have
the courage to walk in the victory of
Christ daily so that when others look
into my eyes, they too, may see the
power of His trans formative work in my
life. His Mansion is a place built on
His Truth where "ashes are exchanged for
beauty" (Isaiah 61:3).

Well

My soul, wait in silence for God only,
For my hope is from Him.

He only is my rock and my salvation,
My stronghold; I shall not be shaken.

On God my salvation and my glory rest;
The rock of my strength, my refuge is in
God.
Psalm 62:5-7

I was thinking the other day about an
old song, a hymn called It Is Well. I
know what you are thinking and the
answer is no, I don’t normally think
about hymns. Normally my thoughts
consist of the most recent sports
headline, or what’s for dinner, or the
why gas is costing twice as much as it
did last year. Anyways, I was thinking
about it, and wondering is it well? How
am I really? Am I at peace? Is it well
with my soul? I think this is a question
that a lot of us ask. It comes in
different forms, like do I have peace,
or am I happy? It normally does not end
there either. Even if we do not ask this
question outright, we pursue the things
that try to make us “well.” People
pursue God, money, fame, sex, success,
family, drugs, education, adventure,
friendship, television, food, and the
list goes on and on. However, I wasn’t
thinking about this question for other
people, I was thinking about it for me.

I had a time that I was brutally honest
with myself. I think that we like to see
ourselves in a good light, and quite
honestly, do a disservice to ourselves
by thinking we are better than we really
are. I mean I could tell you that I grew
up in a good home, with loving parents.
I have had only one speeding ticket, and
other than that have no other qualms
with the law. I work with kids and I go
to church. Those things are not bad, in
fact, others would consider that I am
doing just fine and have nothing to be
ashamed of. That with a little effort I
can be anyone I want to be. From the
immediate perspective, they’d almost be
right. But, if we are being honest… and
I mean really honest, then my state is
not that good. Actually, it is really
bad. How do I mean? Well since you asked
I will tell you…

I can be incredibly insecure. I try to
find ways to validate myself. Often
times, I use sports, and if I can’t win
against adults, then I play the kids
that I work for even though I am
supposed to be there for their benefit.
I think that its cool or that I have
done something when I dunk on a 9 year
old or block their shot with fierceness
while yelling. Yes, some of it is a joke
when I block them and they laugh, but
other times, well lets just say I’d be
lying if I said I didn’t enjoy it. I am
scared of rejection. From friends, from
girls, even from those who have loved me
all my life, and there is truly no
reason to be. I long for attention, I
long for a good position at my job, I
long for a pat on the back every time I
say something I think is funny. I am un
controllable need to be understood. Are
you understanding now? . I am selfish. I
still take my laundry to my parent’s
house sometimes for my mom to do it. I
said sometimes. I want people to do what
I want to do and play what I want them
to play. I whine when I don’t get my
way. I cannot stand when people take my
food. I want the praise owed to me. I
fight against my constant need to be
entertained and satisfied now. I want
the lane afforded to me on the road. I
am a glutton. I eat to prove what I can
eat. I get it and satisfy myself
instantly. My god is my stomach. I judge
people who don’t eat, think, or act like
me. I feel like I’m smarter, better,
holier and better put together than most
of the people who I meet. This comes
from both my pride and insecurity.
Explain that! I am an adulterer. If you
talk to PETA then I am a murderer. I
have stolen, lied and cheated. I have
fought, slandered, gossiped, held
prejudice, adulterated, hated, rebelled,
self- fulfilled, and am a glutton. I am
completely vile, depraved and evil. I
deserve nothing but hell. It is not well
with my soul…

Here I feel utterly helpless, without
joy, hope, or love. Here it is low, it
is the pit. Here is the truth about me.
Just me. It doesn’t matter who I am or
where I came from, the fact is that is
who I am. Here I feel unlovable,
nonredeemable, lost, and rejected. Dead.

It is only by grace it does not end
here…

There is a greater truth about me… and
at the same time as nothing to do with
who I am or what I have done. I have
only given you half of the picture of my
life. Call it deceitful, I told you I am
that already. Call it suspenseful, or
even good writing, or bad if you wish…
but what I gave you was only about me.
However, there is another who has placed
a redemption upon me and as given me a
different identity.

The state of myself that I described is
similar to all other people. We are not
perfect and our souls are at unrest.
However, I know of a greater truth, one
about me that has been given to me by
another. God has seen my soul’s unrest
and that I am evil. God saw this problem
and entered into history to live and be
everything that I could not, perfect. He
came to offer himself for my
imperfections. He offered Himself up for
my gluttony, insecurity, and
adulterations. He came as the man Jesus,
and lived a life that I could not live,
and then died a death that I should have
died. Why? Because there is something
that He finds valuable in loving me, in
loving man. He saw that it was worth it
to lay aside heaven, and come to earth,
and experience hell on it. He thought it
worth it to be rejected, slaughtered and
killed. He thought it worth it to take
what I deserve for my evil and place it
on Himself. To state it clearly: though
I deserve death and hell, Jesus came so
that I can have life in Him and what He
has done. Not only was he perfect,
blameless, without sin. He then by his
death and resurrection conquered it and
passed it on to me. I am here with you
not in the bondage and hell that I
deserve, but in the life that has been
graciously given to me by Christ. In
this great exchange I get Christ’s
righteousness, blamelessness, and
perfection. My old truth dies and the
truth about Christ becomes my identity.
I get His identity. I become heir with
Him and inherit, well I get Christ. You
ask me, is that it? I say that is all I
need. He is life. He has given me peace
and freedom from the man that I am. His
truth is greater than my truth. It is
because of Him that I get rest. It is
because of what He has done that I can
have peace beyond any circumstance I
find myself in. It is because of Him my
heart sings: Christ has regarded my
helpless estate,
And hath shed His
own blood for my soul. It is well, It is
well with my soul.

Do you look over your shoulder?

The part of the world where I live had some marvelous, beautiful, amazingly warm weather last month. I'm talking about temperatures up above 70 degrees, with 60 degrees and higher common for day after day.

Spring arrived early for us. My daffodils popped up and bloomed virtually overnight.

My rose bushes started growing new leaves early.

The maple trees turned red with buds. And the Bradford pears stood up and saluted us, preparing to open their
gorgeous white flowers.

What a great gift—to stir from the sleepy, dull winter early! I remarked about the beautiful weather everywhere I went. The response I received back
was pretty common: "Yea, the weather is beautiful, but don't enjoy it too much or else you'll get used to it.
We might have another
cold spell."

Now I understand what they meant, but, listen: the only moment in time we have is right now.

Yesterday's gone. Tomorrow's not here yet.
Avoid looking over your shoulder in either direction.

Listen to life and make a life, not just a living today.

Sinner's Prayer

A simple prayer of faith is all you need to pray for Jesus to save you.

If in your heart you believe by faith
that Christ died for your sins on the cross, and that He arose, and He is a living Savior today, then that faith can save you.

Here is the prayer you must mean in your heart:

"Dear Jesus I need you to save me.
Please forgive me of my sins.
 Come  into my heart.  Amen

This is what happens when you pray that prayer and mean it.

1. Eternal life is yours.

2. Your sins are forgiven.

3.  Personal relationship
      with Jesus forever

4.  He will never leave you.

Why not ask Jesus to save
you today?

We Worship You Lord

We worship you Lord, and we give you praise,
As we sing to you, with both our hands raised.
We love you Jesus, because of who you are,
Our Savior, our Friend, our Bright Morning Star.
There is no one else like you in all the earth,
None to compare to your majesty and worth.
The love you have for us, we will never deserve,
From One who came to serve, and not to be served.
We ridiculed and did some awful things to You,
Yet with love you said, “Forgive them Father,
for they know not what they do.”
You bore all our sins the day you hung on that old tree,
And could see all our faces as our souls would be set free.
We worship you Lord, and we give you praise,
As we continue to sing, with both hands raised.

Feed on the Word!

“Attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes.”
(Proverbs 4:20-21)

Once you’ve made the Word of God final authority in your life, your first step to victory over the attacks of the enemy is to go to the Word and lay hold of God’s promises concerning your
situation.

Notice I said, “Go to the Word.” It’s good to have the Word committed to
memory. But don’t let that substitute for getting the Word before your eyes on
a daily basis.

Think about it this way. It never did a hungry person any good to think about
what a potato tastes like. Not even if he can remember it perfectly. The same thing is true with the Word of God. It’s
important to keep it in memory, but it’s also necessary to go directly to it and feed your spirit with it. There is power in keeping the Word in front of your
eyes and going into your ears. That’s how it gets in your heart, so you can
live by it.

So don’t just think about the Word today, read it. Go to the promises that cover your situation. Feed on those promises and
grow strong!

God loves you!!

God loves you!! Those three simple words have confounded philosophers throughout the ages. Almighty God, who created all the stars and planets, who created the angels, who with one word, has all power to accomplish
His will, loves us.

It is comforting to know that I have
cheering me on in my corner, the creator of the universe, who has everything under control. In all events, He works them out for our good. He comforts us in our time of need and shows grace and mercy in His own unique way.

God wants the best for His children. He wants us with Him. Because we have all rebelled and sinned, we could never live with Him, as He despises sin. It’s not a matter of our good works outweighing our bad works, and hopefully the scales will tilt in our favor. It’s not a matter of being a moral person, obeying the Golden
Rule and following the Ten Commandments, and feeling that since God is a loving God, He will understand our shortcomings
and let us in. That is in direct
contradiction to what the Bible says.

Sin has to be punished. Sin cannot exist in God’s presence. If we have committed just ONE sin, we cannot enter heaven.  Period. God saw that the only way to reconcile us to Him was to pay the penalty himself, through sending His son, Jesus. Our sins were placed on Jesus and when He was crucified, His blood covered all of our sins and mistakes and God’s free gift is, if we just admit we are sinners, believe that Jesus died for our sins and rose again, and ask Jesus to come into our heart and
save us, He will do it.

My wife and I recently watched the
movie, “The Passion”. Some critics have said that it is too graphic. Yes it is graphic, but that is reality. That was how cruel and painful the cross was. A few things are amazing, which showcase God’s love. During the midst of His being ridiculed and beaten mercilessly, He could have just given up on the human race and said, “Forget it!!” and instantly been rescued by angels and taken back to heaven. But He stayed and took the blows. Not only did He stay, but in the midst of His agonizing torture, He said “Father, forgive them.
They know not what they do”. How many of us would have shown that kind of mercy.
Why, we are ready to engage in a

confrontation, for something as trivial
as being cut off in traffic. How
pathetic we are as human beings, but how merciful God is. Something else to think about. He could have come in the period of execution chambers, and died a much more humane death. He did not have to come during the historical period of crucifixion, but He did to fulfill scripture and to illustrate the ugliness of sin, through the barbarity of the punishment required to atone for sin. God loves you. He knows your favorite color. He knows your hopes and dreams. He knows what causes you anxiety. He
knows what causes you fear. He is
preparing a place for each one of us in heaven, and He is going to have each one of our mansions prepared exactly how we would enjoy it the most. I recently watched a DVD by Anne Graham Lotz (Billy Graham’s daughter), called “Heaven, My
Father’s House”. I highly recommend
watching this. She takes you on a
journey, of our eternal home, and what God has prepared. I am personally excited that my God, who knows me better than anyone else, is preparing a permanent dwelling place, just for me, exactly in the way that would bring me the greatest joy.

God loves you, and He is constantly
searching for you to come home. If you have not made your eternal destination secure, why not do it now? The greatest inheritance you could leave your children is the assurance that they will see you again one day. Children, the
greatest love you could show your
parents, is giving them the peace of
mind that your eternal destiny is
secure.

God is in love with you. He wants you
with Him forever. He is your
“cheering section”. When no one
else is pulling for you, He is. He’ll
never abandon you. He’ll never leave
you. You always have someone to talk to.
He is just a prayer away. If you’ve not spoken with Him in a while, why not now?
While you are at it, He has written an
entire book outlining His great love.
Why not open it and begin reading? I’d recommend the Gospel of John, then Romans. I personally like Proverbs and Psalms as well. The important thing is just to start reading, if it’s just a few verses a day to start off with. You will gradually notice a world of difference in both your attitude and your overall approach to life. The Bible
says to “Seek ye first the Kingdom of
God, and all these things shall be added unto you”. Seek God first in all that you do, and you’ll find that all other issues and problems of life will
eventually and gradually work themselves out. Then you will begin to experience the true joy and peace of having almighty God on your side. When you finally reach your eternal home, as you walk down the streets of gold and greet all your family and friends, you’ll look down toward the end of the street, and there will stand Jesus, arms outstretched, a smile on His face, and since He’s been cheering you on your entire life, I believe He may even begin
to applaud!! How wonderful and happy that time will be. His child has made it home!!

In Christian Love,

Tim Perry

Freedom Of Speech Is Not Free

A couple of weeks ago I had a friend call and  invite me to a meeting where a young woman from Wellborn, Florida, KrisAnne Hall, was to give a presentation on the constitution. I have to admit that at first I was reluctant to go, as I am not much of a meeting person. However, to my surprise and delight I found Mrs. Hall's presentation not only informative but also very inspiring. Mrs. Hall,
who is an attorney, was very knowledgeable about her subject matter, which largely pertained to our nations founding fathers influence through their English heritage with regard to their pursuit of liberty as a driving force in creating the constitutional framework. Mrs. Hall made it very
clear that America was founded on the principles of liberty and that liberty was a natural law ordained and gifted by God, and that through our liberty as Americans, God has used America's freedom of speech and the freedom to worship as a vehicle to spread the gospel message around the world.

      Another aspect of her
presentation that  was especially inspiring to me was that liberty
has been challenged again and again throughout the last 1000 years, yet liberty has never been defeated. And that the people and groups that have challenged liberty in almost all instances use the same tactics of more government control, silencing the voices of the people and reducing peoples ability to practice their religious beliefs. I myself was challenged by her statement that, "We need candidates who are willing to run for office on principles, even if they run and lose to defend the cause of liberty."

What makes Mrs. Hall's presentation  and her willingness to travel to North Carolina at her own expense to share this message even more inspiring to me is that in the spring of 2010 Mrs. Hall was removed from her position as an Assistant States Attorney in Florida for expressing her beliefs regarding the Constitution in a public forum. After speaking at a Tax Day Rally and appearing on WJTK, Mrs. Hall was informed by her employer, State Attorney, "Skip" Jarvis, that if she continued to speak and teach the constitution she would not be allowed to continue her employment with the States Attorneys office. Later, when Mrs. Hall chose not to relinquish her First Amendment right of freedom of speech  afforded her under the constitution, she was  subsequently removed from her position with
the States Attorneys office. The legality of  her termination will now be decided in court.

Today, as we all focus on issues like
the economy, the crisis in the Middle East  and the uprising of union workers causing  turmoil in our state governments, it is  the challenges that confront our freedom of speech that concern me the most. You  see,
it is our freedom to communicate our
beliefs, to pray, the right and
responsibility to oppose what we see that is wrong in our nation that separates  America from the other countries around the world. This termination of a young woman in Florida may not capture the
national news headlines, but it is the
idea that this could happen to Mrs. Hall  and her family, or to any of us for that  matter, which makes this case so important.  As for me, I have told my daughters of the  stance Mrs. Hall has taken as is it should
be an example to them of courage
demonstrated by one person on all our  behalf's. That Mrs. Hall's willingness to  do the right thing even in the face of  losing her job, risking her career and  reputation to stand up for what is  rightfully her freedom of speech should  inspire us all to stand up along side her,  because freedom of speech is not free.
